Hi, my name is Fadli
A designer who’s been shaping digital products for over eight years now.My journey started back in 2016 as a graphic designer, when I was mostly obsessed with layouts, visuals, and how to make things look good. But over time, I got more curious about why people use certain products, and how design decisions actually solve real problems. That curiosity slowly pulled me into the world of product design — and I’ve never looked back since.
I graduated from Universitas Dian Nuswantoro Semarang, majoring in Visual Communication Design with a GPA of 3.24.
Today, I’m part of Bluebird Group Tbk, one of Indonesia’s most established transportation companies known for its iconic blue taxis and expanding mobility ecosystem. Here, I work on designing and improving digital products — from ride-hailing and internal operational systems — all aimed at helping both users and businesses move better.
What keeps me excited is the process — turning messy, complex problems into clear, meaningful experiences that people can actually feel. For me, design isn’t just about interfaces or trends — it’s about making things work, and making them matter.

Revamp of SiCepat’s digital products, where I contributed as a Product Designer, redesigning both the consumer app and SiCepat for Business platform to enhance user experience and support the company’s position as a leading logistics startup in Indonesia.
Pando.id — A freelance project where I helped design and refine Pando.id, a digital platform for property loan applications. As a Product Designer, I focused on simplifying the complex loan process into a clear, guided experience — helping users apply for property financing with confidence and ease.
Facilitating a design sprint session at SiCepat — turning pain points from users and stakeholders into actionable ideas that shaped the new app experience.
